Coaching & Mentoring

Gennie is currently a mentor for Music Mark and Sound Connections, offering mentees support to deepen and develop their work, explore their professional needs and interests, and reflect on their practice. Specific areas of interest within mentoring include:

• Inclusive music making (particularly working with participants with complex needs)

• Creating and developing partnerships

• Curriculum design and implementation

• Developing strong relationships within local communities

Gennie has completed ‘Coaching Skills For Leadership’ training with Relational Dynamics 1st.
